There is a manyfold interest in keeping a good relationship with our twin towns:

-it helps citizens of the respective towns to get to know eachother, their cultures, arts and sports through -organising exhibitions, exchange of artists. 

-it is a good basis for creating opportunities for student exchange programs

-they are good opportunities for town councils and those responsible for the environment protection, EU and tendering to get to know eachother's work

-it is good ground for the Hungarians, citizens of other countries, living in minority to keep a closer touch with the motherland.
